BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a collaborative working methodology which is based on a digital model composed of parameterized objects that contain all the necessary information to the different phases of a project (Design, Construction and Maintenance). A traditional methodology is based on a sequenced working process where there is lack of communication and information sharing. Today this process is collaborative and much more efficient with BIM.
